SixHundred-The Correction

SixHundred’s newly released debut album “The Correction” was just released worldwide and is expected to rattle plenty of cages due to the lyrical precision and the various subject matters tackled on each track. Completely produced by one of CHH’s legendary pioneers, Cross Movement’s own Tru-Life has taken this project on and added even more fire power. The CHH community and hip-hop as a whole should expect something special out of this project, to say the least.

“This brand is not just for the saved souls that confess, but also for those in transition, those that are losing their grip, and those that have distanced themselves from Our Father’s love. He’s provided a path to Him for everybody! I’m just here to serve my purpose along their journeys according to His will.” -SixHundred

SixHundred Currently residing in Virginia’s 757 area, SixHundred (a product of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania) seems to have come from out of nowhere, bursting onto the CHH music scene with fresh material for the hungry hip-hop consumer.

Inspired early on by lyrically dominant MCs such as KRS One and Big Daddy Kane, SixHundred studied and learned to count bars and understood the importance of punchlines and versatility. He was later influenced by the late great Tupac Shakur, Andre 3000 from Outkast, and Nas, which shaped his style and passion for hip-hop.

SixHundred gave his life to Christ around 2011 and left the mic alone for a season to study The Word and adjust to his new walk. It wasn’t until discovering CHH artists such as Lecrae and Bizzle, who combined their MC skills with their faith, was SixHundred’s hunger and fire to check mics reignited. With a new found purpose and opportunity to reach the masses, he went to work on The Lord’s behalf mixing his gift in with local church choirs for praise & worship services and special events.
